B Extremity
Usually starts around B Apartments, T Spawn, Underpass support timings or late Catwalk connections depending on spawn and the round plan. Can change responsibilities with the Mid playmaker, roamer or AWPer between rounds, especially when the team wants to threaten B while the rest of the default works Mid and A. Apartments is a punishing late-round pressure point: Apartments can isolate the B anchor, force Market rotations and turn a quiet round into a fast B collapse.

About these averages
Metric: all archived map-side rows with the exact Mirage T “B Extremity” label. Timeframe: 2024-12-18 to 2026-08-28. Sample: n=6,707.
Source: CSdex V1 aggregate performance archive. Fallback: no fuzzy role-label mapping. Risk: the average describes the archive, not the correct target for every team or round.
Pathings and possibilities from starting B Apartments
- Pressure Apps with utility and trade spacing to force the B anchor back. (Aggressive)
- Hold passive Apps control to punish pushes and protect the default. (Defensive)
- Reconnect with Catwalk or Mid pressure when the team builds a B split. (Situational)
Pathings and possibilities from starting Underpass / support routes
- Support Mid control before returning to Apps pressure
- Delay B presence to sell a different map shape
- Join a late Catwalk split when Mid control is won
Mid-round patterns
- Keep B Apartments active while teammates work Mid or A, preventing the B defender from rotating for free. Teams use it in slow defaults where the final site is not decided early.
- Convert Apps control into a B split with Catwalk pressure, forcing defenders to choose between Market, Site and Bench fights. It fits when Mid control creates a timing toward Short.
- Lurk late in Apartments to punish rotations and catch isolated anchors. The value is often patience: arriving after CTs spend utility or rotate away can open the site with one clean contact.
