Roamer
Usually starts around T Spawn, Top Mid support routes, A Ramp, Palace, B Apartments or Underpass depending on spawn, teammate roles and the opening plan. Can change responsibilities with the Mid playmaker, A extremity, B extremity or AWPer between rounds, especially when the team wants to pressure multiple areas before choosing the final site. The player is valuable because it fills the gap the default needs most: trading Mid, holding a flank, joining an execute or arriving late to punish rotations.

About these averages
Metric: all archived map-side rows with the exact Mirage T “Roamer” label. Timeframe: 2024-12-18 to 2026-08-28. Sample: n=5,640.
Source: CSdex V1 aggregate performance archive. Fallback: no fuzzy role-label mapping. Risk: the average describes the archive, not the correct target for every team or round.
Pathings and possibilities from starting Mid / Underpass
- Support Mid fights with flashes, trades or late pressure. (Aggressive)
- Hold passive anti-push timings against Connector, Window or Underpass aggression. (Defensive)
- Reposition into A, B or lurk routes when teammate progress creates a timing. (Situational)
Pathings and possibilities from starting extremity support
- Help Ramp or Apps players keep map pressure alive
- Delay presence to make CTs misread the default
- Reconnect with the pack when the final execute needs spacing
Mid-round patterns
- Float between Mid and the extremities, helping whichever part of the map becomes contested. It works when the T side wants a flexible default instead of committing early.
- Protect the round from CT aggression by holding the timing no one else can cover. This can be Palace, Apps, Underpass, Ramp or T Spawn depending on how the map is split.
- Arrive late into the final hit after CTs have rotated or spent utility. The value is not always opening the site; sometimes it is cutting the retake, trading the entry or punishing the defender who thinks the pressure ended.
