B Rotator
Usually starts around Connector, Bathrooms, A Site, CT Spawn, Water support or B rotation paths depending on spawn, utility and the setup being played. Can change responsibilities with the AWPer, A Rifle, B Anchor or Short player between rounds, especially when the team wants to contest Connector, support A control, reinforce B or stay flexible between both bombsites. The player in the role is the defensive bridge of Overpass: it has to read map pressure early enough to help, but not so early that one side collapses for free.
Pathings and possibilities from starting Connector / Bathrooms
- Fight Connector, Party or Bathrooms with teammate utility to deny early map control. (Aggressive)
- Hold passive rotation paths while gathering information and preserving utility. (Defensive)
- Rotate toward A or B according to pressure, sound and teammate calls. (Situational)
Pathings and possibilities from starting CT / Water support
- Help B against Monster / Short pressure
- Support A with flashes or fast rotations through Bank / Truck
- Reconnect through Connector when the round slows down
Mid-round patterns
- Play as the connector between A and B, using information from Bathrooms, Connector, Water and Monster to decide where the defense needs help. Decide whether to hold position, rotate early or delay your movement according to the amount of confirmed information. The setup fits default rounds where the CT side needs flexibility more than a hard stack.
- Support the pressured bombsite without fully abandoning the other side. This can mean flashing A fights, reinforcing B after Monster pressure or holding Connector so teammates can rotate safely. It works when Ts are applying pressure across multiple areas and the CT side needs a stable response.
- Re-clear Connector, Bathrooms or Water in the mid-round to recover information and reset the defense. This can prevent Ts from slowly boxing the CT side into passive positions. This makes sense when early map control was lost, when Ts slow down after utility or when the team needs one proactive move before the final execute.
