B Extremity
Usually starts around Outside B, Monster, Short, Water, Connector routes or late Playground rotation paths depending on the default and final plan. Can change responsibilities with the B entry, Connector player or A lurker between rounds, especially when the team wants to pressure Water, hold CT aggression, create a late B timing or punish rotations. The B extremity also keeps the B side of the map dangerous while the rest of the team works A control, Connector or a slow default.
Pathings and possibilities from starting B / Water
- Pressure Short / Water with teammate utility to deny CT control and create split potential. (Aggressive)
- Hold Monster / Short passively to punish pushes and protect the default. (Defensive)
- Reconnect with Connector, Monster or late B executes according to CT reactions. (Situational)
Pathings and possibilities from starting Connector-side
- Support Water fights with flashes and trade spacing
- Delay B presence to punish rotations later
- Lurk through Short / Water after A pressure forces CT movement
Mid-round patterns
- Hold B extremity control while teammates pressure A, making sure CTs cannot push Monster, Short or Water for free information. Decide whether to stay hidden, take space or regroup according to utility, sound and teammate progress. Expect it in default rounds where the T side wants map control before choosing the final bombsite.
- Lurk around Water / Short to punish rotations and create late B pressure. This can isolate the B anchor, catch CTs moving through Connector or make the final execute harder to read. This is common after A pressure has forced rotations, when CTs over-focus on Bathrooms / Long or when the round depends on a late timing.
- Reconnect with Monster or Connector for a B split, turning quiet extremity pressure into the final hit. The goal is to arrive at the correct timing: early enough to trade, late enough to catch CTs looking the wrong way. Use this when the team has gained Water control, when B utility has been forced or when CT rotations are uncertain.
